MSC NGW Program: Execute ship checks for each class of ship.  Provide end to end installation of the NGW equipment suite aboard MSC ships and MSOC Vans. Remove existing BEST equipment (ADE and BDE). Perform
pre-staging, testing, wiring and shipping of equipment. Development and execution of Ship Operation Verification Test (SOVT) for each installation. Develop Ship Drawings in AutoCAD of each installation.
